Here, the pastor can update and post their content. This system will help to improve the fellowship between the church members and the IPC community.. The pastors can access the pastor wall from anywhere using desktops, laptops, and mobiles. Also, it is very convenient to use. The pastors can easily notify other members about their activities.

How to join and get your pastor wall access?

Steps to join ipc.live pastor wall

  1. The pastor needs to get a text SMS invitation from the concerned office to join the ipc.live web portal.
  2. The pastor has to click on the link in the SMS and reset the pastor wall password
  3. The pastor needs to set a password and confirm the same in order to secure the pastor wall.
  4. The pastor needs to provide their registered email address and password in order to login to the application.
  5. Immediately after the pastor logs in to the application the pastor needs to verify their mobile number by entering the OTP send through the SMS.
  6. Once the mobile number verification is completed, a privacy settings page will open up where the pastor can control their Private/Public profile visibility.
  7. If the pastor chooses the public mode, then the pastor wall and their activities turn to be public and can be viewed by other users as well.
  8. If the pastor chooses the private mode, then the pastor wall and their activities turn to be private and can be viewed only by the pastor.
  9. The pastor can modify and update their profile data whenever needed.
  10. Once a profile is set, then the pastor can start using the pastor wall effectively.

Notifications

  1. All the system related notifications can be viewed in this section. Based on the following, notifications for the logged in pastor is generated.
    1. ID card status change
    2. Transfer order generation
    3. Polls creation 
    4. Circular creation
    5. Conference/conventions creation.

Polls 

  1. The governing bodies has the ability to create polls and send it to the selected pastors. 
  2. All the created polls will be listed out in the polls section and on clicking view all button all polls can be viewed.
  3. Each poll will be having a question and its related option. The pastors are able to select any one option to show their opinion.
  4. The percentage of people who have voted for each option can be viewed separately.

Home news feed 

  1. The pastors will be able to post news feeds with the following details and on posting can be viewed as a new post in the reverse chronological order based on their publication date.
    1. Image/File/Video/Audio file.
    2.  Description.  
  2.   There is a reply option for each post where the pastors will be able to reply to a post.
  3. The pastors will also be able to report any post if they feel like it’s offensive to them in some ways. On clicking the report button, a pop up appears where the reason for reporting has to be mentioned.
  4. The super admin will be able to review the reported posts and they have the option to delete it if the post is offensive.

Blogs 

  1. The pastors will be able to do the following actions in the blogs section.
    1. Add a new blog
    2. View all the blogs.
  2. To add a blog the following information is needed
    1. Title 
      1. Image/File/Video/Audio file.
      2. Description 
    2. On submitting the blogs the user will be able to see the blog status as pending.
    3. The admin has to view the blogs on their dashboard and need to approve it. Hence changing the status to publish and this blog can be viewed in the news feed section.
    4. On clicking my blogs button the pastors will be able to view/edit/ delete any blogs which are pending. Once published the post can’t be edited but can be deleted by the pastor.

New post button

The pastors will be able to view the new post on the top and on each time a new post arrives, a button will be appearing on the top and on clicking it the pastors will be directed to the new live post which has been recently published.
